Penthrox
Patients can also be offered Penthrox inhalers for self medicated, rapid pain relief. These easy to use inhalers give you, the patient, full control over pain relief.

Intravenous (IV) Sedation
Commonly known as Sleep Dentistry, IV sedation is frequently used in dental treatment for those patients suffering from specific medical conditions, phobias, anxiety or just generally don’t like the sounds and smells associated with dental treatments. IV sedation is also a commonly used option for patients requiring particularly complex treatments or multiple treatments in a single session.

Under IV sedations patients will experience a feeling of deep relaxation, where time passes very quickly. Upon awakening patients will remember very little, if any of their treatment.

We ask that patients who request IV sedation notify our friendly team when booking your appointment to ensure that a qualified professional can be booked to visit the practice upon your appointment.

General Anaesthetic
For those that require something more than our other options we can also provide General Anaesthetics through our local hospital.
